We may collect and process the following data about you:

forms on our site either in the course of purchasing products which we offer
from time to time, whilst applying for and or taking our full time and part time
onsite makeup courses and online makeup courses, by submitting a message on
our ‘Contact’ page (our site pages) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail
or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our
site for the purpose of subscribing and completing the courses which we offer,
searching for a product, placing an order, participating in discussion on any of
our sites, entering a competition, promotion or survey which we may hold from
time to time or when you report a problem with our site. The information you

phone number, financial and credit card information (except where purchasing
our products or online courses when you will be directed to our chosen payment

our site we operate our studio school in London, Belfast Paris and in New York and our
online courses are available to use worldwide. We would usually only transfer your

outside of the EEA, or to make them available to you when you or any of our relevant
staff assisting you are outside of the EEA. We may share your information with selected
third parties including:

payment details and the provision of support services including our courses. By
submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. AOFM
will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and
in accordance with this privacy policy and where data is stored and/or accessed by our
staff outside the EEA we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your

will be will be dealt with by a third party secure payment service, PayPal. Please note
that the PayPal website has its own privacy policies and we do not accept any
responsibility or liability for these policies. If you have any concerns please check these
policies before you submit any personal data to PayPal.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to
access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password
confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
